Buy credits, then spend them only on the enquiries you actually want. Bigger jobs cost more credits than small ones, so you are never paying the same for a dripping tap as for a full kitchen.
Between about 2 and 20+ credits, depending on the size of the job. A small handyman task is 2 credits; a plumbing repair around 4; a boiler replacement 10; a full kitchen installation 15. The exact price is shown on every lead before you unlock it, so there are never any surprises.
A limited number, three by default. Every lead shows how many contact slots are left before you spend anything, and once they are gone the lead closes. You are not buying into a free-for-all.
